- Discovery: a mix of both, if you are not sure where to start.
What is in it
- Raw and unpasteurised, with live cultures
- Certified organic by the Soil Association
- Fermented with French oak, never with extracts or powders
- 11 kcal per 100ml
- No sweeteners and no sugar substitutes. The organic cane sugar is transformed during fermentation
- Vegan
Why the oak matters
Most kombucha is fermented in steel. We use French oak, which gives the finished drink a rounder, less sharp character and a little more depth. It takes longer and costs more, and you can taste where it went.
Keeping it
No fridge required. Store it in the cupboard and chill before drinking if you prefer it cold.
Free delivery to mainland UK. Brewed by a B Corp and Living Wage Employer.

Great service from You + I. My order arrived on time, well packaged and in perfect condition. The ordering process was straightforward, and delivery was smooth and hassle-free. Very pleased with the overall experience and would happily order again.
Love the product, my favourite flavour is coconut which you don't do
Came across You+I in a restaurant and enjoyed it very much. We have now switched our regular order from another kombucha brand. We find this one less sweet and more subtle so also goes well with food.
Best kombucha around, beautifully presented.
A great selection of Kombucha and they all taste lovely

It would be even more ideal if there was a way to return the bottles to make it more sustainable.

Best kombucha ever. Tried all the flavours - amazing and feel as though my gut is smiling at me! Delivery is prompt and so well packaged. Love dealing with a smaller business and I’m never going back to big brands in the supermarket. You & I kombucha is a far superior product.
This was a present for someone who had this kombucha before! They were frilled! It was delivered the next day with just a standard delivery and packaged very well, ensuring nothing got damaged!
Almost don’t want to leave a review as it’s the best kept secret. Best kombucha I’ve ever had!!
All is good, thanks! Fast delivery and order is as expected
