Delivery FAQ's

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free to Mainland UK and £2.50 to N. Ireland.

I placed an order online. When will I receive it?

You will typically receive your order in 1-3 business days.

What courier do you use?

For local deliveries orders are delivered by electric bike. For all other orders we use DPD.

What countries do you ship to?

At this time we can only ship within the UK. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands.

Can I buy You + I online?

How can I manage my subscription?

You can make changes to your subscription by logging in to your account.

Can I stock You + I in my business?

Yes, all of our products are available wholesale. Please see here for more information.

Can I return my empty bottles for you to reuse?

Unfortunately we are unable to reuse bottles a this time so it is best to pop your empties in the glass recycling.

Kombucha FAQ's

What is kombucha?

Kombucha is a fermented tea-based probiotic drink. It originated in China and has been consumed for thousands of years for it’s endless health benefits. It is believed to provide healthful micronutrients and beneficial bacteria to detoxify, aid in digestion and strengthen immunity.

What do I see in my kombucha?

Our Kombucha is raw, alive, natural and unpasteurised. Therefore you may see deposits in your bottle. These may include kombucha culture, yeast strands and sediment. All completely normal, safe to drink and signs of a healthy kombucha!

Does your kombucha contain alcohol?

Like most fermented products our kombucha contains trace amounts of alcohol. However, as it is such a small amount it is categorised as non-alcoholic.

Is your kombucha raw/unpasteurised?

Yes, our kombucha is 100% raw/unpasteurised.

Can I drink kombucha when pregnant?

We would advise that you consult with your GP before drinking kombucha when pregnant. Please note that our kombucha is raw/unpasteurised.

Does You + I Kombucha contain caffeine?

Yes, our kombucha will contain caffeine. It will vary per batch but it will typically contain a third of the amount of caffeine as regular black tea.

What size are the bottles?

All of our bottles are 330ml.

What is a SCOBY?

A SCOBY is short for Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast. It’s the living culture that ferments sweet tea into kombucha, a tangy, lightly fizzy, delicious drink!

What is Botanical Tea

You + I Botanical Tea is brewed with carefully considered organic teas and botanicals creating flavour profiles focused on function.

Unlike our kombucha our Botanical Tea is not fermented.

Does You + I Botanical Tea contain caffeine?

Both of our Sencha Green Botanical Tea and our White Peony Chamomile Botanical Tea contain caffeine. Our Rooibos Rose Botanical Tea is caffeine free.

What is ashwagandha?

Ashwagandha is an ancient medicinal herb with various possible health benefits. Study findings suggest that it may help reduce anxiety and stress, support restful sleep, and even improve cognitive functioning.

What is echinacea?

Echinacea is a group of flowering plants used as a popular herbal remedy. They’re linked to many health benefits, such as reduced inflammation, improved immunity, and lower blood sugar levels.
