Control at every stage

We don't leave things to chance.

  • Controlled temperature at every stage
  • Proprietary filtration that removes the yeast post fermentation but not the gut friendly bacteria
  • Oxygen levels finely tuned and controlled to feed the live cultures

Packaging

Preparation and filling of the bottles is a hands on process and one which takes a significant amount of time and energy.

Always recyclable

We only use packaging that is easily recyclable. This includes glass bottles, aluminium caps, cardboard boxes and paper tape.

Fulfilling orders

We pack all of our orders manually in the
brewery. This can be a slow process but we get a great sense of satisfaction seeing the final product packed and ready to be sent to our customers.
