This Cookie Policy explains how Clever Kombucha Limited ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit youandi.co, and how you can control them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small data files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember things such as what is in your basket, and they can also be used to measure how the site is used or to show you advertising. Some are set by us, and some are set by the companies whose services we use.

How to control cookies

When you first visit our site from the UK or Europe, a banner asks whether you accept cookies. You can accept everything, decline everything, or choose by category. Declining is always as easy as accepting.

You can change your mind at any time by selecting Cookie preferences in the footer of any page. Your choice is remembered on that browser and device. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then stop working properly.

The cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These make the shop work: signing in, keeping your basket, processing payment and keeping the site secure. They are set by Shopify, which hosts our store, and by our payment and subscription providers. Examples include Shopify's session and cart cookies, and cookies set by Shop Pay, PayPal and Spreedly when you pay or update a card.

Analytics

These tell us how many people visit, which pages they read and where they arrived from, so we can improve the site. Only set if you allow them. Examples include Shopify's own _shopify_y and _shopify_s, and Google Analytics _ga cookies.

Marketing

These are used to show you our ads on other sites, and to measure whether those ads led to a purchase. Only set if you allow them. Examples include Meta's _fbp cookie, used for advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and Google Ads cookies.

Personalisation

These remember choices you have made, such as details you gave in our flavour quiz, so we can tailor what you see and the emails you have asked for. Only set if you allow them. Examples include Klaviyo's __kla_id cookie, which our email platform uses.

Other services on our pages

Some pages include content from other companies, such as Judge.me reviews and our Instagram feed. Those companies may set their own cookies when their content loads. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Cookies and your personal data

Some of the information collected through cookies can identify you, either on its own or when combined with other information we hold. Where that happens, our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have, including the right to ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted.
