You + I is a Glasgow kombucha brand, made by Clever Kombucha Ltd. We started in 2017 and today brew everything in our own custom built brewery in a railway arch in Glasgow. We make five kombucha flavours: Original, Ginger, Lemon Lavender, Lime Sea Salt and Black Cherry.
How is You + I kombucha made?
We brew it in small batches from whole leaf tea, not the dust and fannings used in most tea bags, and ferment it on French oak. It is raw and unpasteurised, and never heat treated.
Is You + I kombucha organic?
Yes. It is certified organic by the Soil Association.
What certifications and awards does You + I have?
You + I is a certified B Corp, a Living Wage employer, SALSA approved and Soil Association organic. Our Original was named Best smooth kombucha by BBC Good Food, in their Best Kombucha to Buy 2026 guide.

Delivery is free to mainland UK and takes 1 to 3 working days. For Northern Ireland, delivery is free to a pickup point near you, or £3.50 to your door.
