Receipt upload

You can earn points on purchases of You + I products from any of our offline stockists.

You should snap a clear photo of your receipt and upload it using the above form. Please note that you must be logged in before you can upload receipts.

To ensure a successful upload, follow these important tips:

• Only upload one receipt at a time
• Make sure your receipt includes You + I products that are clearly identified
• Keep your receipt flat, straight and in focus
• Wrinkled, skewed, or crumpled receipts won't scan properly
• Receipt should be an image file (.jpg, .png, etc.) and less than 5 MB
• Make sure all of the following are visible:
  - Store name
  - Purchase date
  - Product name
  - Product price

If any of the above information is missing the receipt will be rejected and the points will not be allocated to your account.

You + I reserve the right to deny points for offline purchases and any decision is final.

Please allow 3 working days for the receipt to be processed and the points added to your account. You will receive an email confirmation once the points have been added.

Only receipts from offline retailers are valid for converting to points.
