Raise a concern
We want to hear when something is not right. This page explains how anyone can raise a concern with You + I (Clever Kombucha Ltd) and what happens next. It applies to customers, suppliers and the farmers who grow our ingredients, neighbours, partners and anyone else affected by what we do.
How to raise a concern
- Email us at hello@youandi.co. Say what happened, when, and what you would like us to do.
- Write to us at Clever Kombucha Ltd, Unit 9, 28 St Lukes Place, Glasgow G5 0TS, marked for the attention of the directors.
- If you would rather not go through the general inbox, say so in your email and it will go straight to a director.
You can raise a concern about our products, our treatment of people, our suppliers, our environmental impact or our marketing. You do not need to give your name, although it helps us reply.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your concern within five working days.
- A director looks into it fairly and keeps you informed.
- We tell you what we found and what we will do about it. If we cannot resolve it, we explain why.
- Every concern and its outcome is recorded in a log that a director reviews, and we use it to improve.
Confidentiality and fairness
We treat concerns in confidence and share details only with the people who need them to deal with the matter. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith, including workers, suppliers and customers.
Our own team use the grievance procedure in the staff handbook for employment matters.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can still contact the relevant regulator or advice service, and we will point you to the right one.
This page sets out our Stakeholder Engagement and Grievance Policy. We review it at least once a year. Questions about this policy: hello@youandi.co.
